1. OUR FULFILLMENT PROCESS

To reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction, MAISON CORVAIN operates using a global fulfillment network. Some products may be shipped directly from our international supplier partners.

As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to a designated international return facility. Detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our customer support team once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not return any items without first contacting us.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return request

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the next steps and any applicable return instructions.


3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be unwashed and undamaged

  • Be returned in their original condition

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable

Customers are welcome to try on items for sizing and fit purposes. However, items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. These may include:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Certain jewelry items

  • Personal-use accessories

Sale and promotional items may only be returned where required by applicable consumer protection laws or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless a return is the result of an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information, as MAISON CORVAIN cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or additional shipping charges associated with the return remain the responsibility of the customer.


5. ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS

Because international returns can sometimes be expensive and time-consuming, MAISON CORVAIN may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative solution where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item

  • A discount on a future order

Any alternative solution will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before being processed.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once the information has been reviewed, MAISON CORVAIN will work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Solutions may include:

7. REFUND PROCESS

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or where the return results from an error on our part.


8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed to ensure fast handling and delivery.

For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order enters the fulfillment process.

MAISON CORVAIN cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect a package from a carrier or pickup location

  • Delays caused by customs authorities

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control

If tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Address correction requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
